I have been experiencing precognitive moments my whole life, starting in childhood. They were quick, confusing and random. I had no idea what to do about them, so I didn't do or say anything until I was much older. They are still super quick and unpredictable. The difference now is that I understand what's happening. I just grin and send out a quick "thank you" to the universe for the reminder that I'm still in the right field. Precognition is a common ability. Any highly intuitive person can experience it and you will only need to be in alignment for just a few seconds. The trick is catching it when it's happening!


What is Precognition?

It's exactly what it implies. It's cognitive awareness of something before something happens. It is the universe talking to you. Precognitions can show up in a few different ways. The most common way I have received them is through "focus pulls". A focus pull is when my gaze is suddenly drawn in a new direction and stops at either an object or person. There is then extra energy on that object or person which makes it/them stand out compared to the close surroundings. Then, usually within 2-5 seconds, something happens to that object or person. The extra energy then dissipates. Like I said, it happens very quickly. There is never enough time to do anything to stop it or even speak about it.

If you've been experiencing what you think might be precognition, calm down and just go with it. There's  nothing wrong with you. You're actually one of the cool kids!
